The Experience

Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a client intake form to record any medical history, injuries, or other conditions we need to be aware of.  Your massage therapist will review the intake form, inquire about the reasons you have chosen to come in for a massage, and what conditions you would like addressed during your massage.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first session to allow time for this so your appointment can begin on time.

The Treatment

You will be taken to a peaceful room with dim lighting. The therapist will wait outside while you disrobe to your level of comfort. Once you are on the table and covered by the sheet provided, the therapist will re-enter the room and inquire about your comfort (temperature, lighting, music, etc.)  You will be asked to alert the therapist if a technique or the pressure applied  is uncomfortable. Once the session is complete, your therapist will instruct you to re-dress and leave the room so you can do so. As a courtesy, a refreshing cup of water will be provided for you.
